Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees. Line the baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl whisk the chickpea flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and parmesan.
Add lightly whisked egg to the mixture and using a spatula or hand mix all ingredients until they come together as a firm dough.
Divide the dough into 8-10 equal parts (you can use a knife and a kitchen scale to get more precise portions). Roll each part into a ball in your hands first, then put it on the clean kitchen counter or cutting board and roll each ball into approx. 12 cm long even breadstick.
Place rolled breadsticks on the prepared baking pan 1 inch apart.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until slightly cracked and golden brown.
Let them cool on the baking pan before removing them.
