Banana Oatmeal Blender Brownies (gluten-free & dairy-free)

Ingredients

  • 170 g banana ripe
  • 30 g oats
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 110 g almond butter
  • 40 g coconut oil
  • 70 g honey
  • 50 g melted dark chocolate (I used dairy-free 70% chocolate.)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F degrees. Grease a 6x8-inch pan, or line with parchment.
  • In a high speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Spread the batter evenly into the pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes minutes. Let cool for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with frosting or a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
