Protein Peach Smoothie

Made of fresh juicy peaches, plant milk, and protein powder this smoothie is incredibly creamy and just sweet enough. It’s ideal for enjoying as a breakfast or snack during the day or as a perfect treat for days of sweaty workouts.

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh peach
  • 25 g unflavoured protein powder
  • 80 ml oat milk
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp honey or more to taste

Instructions

  • OPTIONAL: If you prefer the smoothie without the peach skin, remove the skin of the peach before proceeding to next step.
  • Cut the peach into two pieces and remove the pit. Add the peach to the blender with the rest of ingredients and blend until the smoothie is silky smooth.
  • Serve in a glass with a couple of ice cubes for more refreshing version sprinkled with some cinnamon.
